The shareholders of Australian Bodycare have entered into an agreement with Bluegem Capital Partners concerning the sale of the share capital of Australian Bodycare. As part of the transaction, Australian Bodycare is planned to be combined with Ecooking to establish a combined beauty platform.
The transaction brings together two strong beauty brands with the aim of establishing a new Nordic beauty group, combining Australian Bodycare’s strong brand and established international platform with Ecooking’s strong position in the Danish market.
Accura advised the shareholders of Australian Bodycare and Australian Bodycare in connection with the sale and the subsequent combination with Ecooking.
