Following a completed tender process, one of Denmark’s largest pension companies AP Pension has awarded the contract for the outsourcing of health insurances to Dansk Sundhedssikring. As a result of the agreement, AP Pension outsources the day-to-day operations relating to health insurances for more than 60,000 customers to Dansk Sundhedssikring.
Most of the customers come from Skandia Lifeline, which is owned by AP Pension, following the completion of AP Pension’s acquisition of the Swedish company Skandia’s activities in Denmark in the beginning of 2019.
Accura advised AP Pension in connection with all stages of the tender process, including with respect to strategy, contract drafting, project management, and negotiation.
Accura already provides advisory services to AP Pension in connection with IT acquisitions, licence agreements, conclusion and negotiation of agreements, and legal disputes.
