Alm. Brand Group increases ownership interest in SOS International

With the increased ownership interest, Alm. Brand Group and the Norwegian Fremtind and Swedish Folksam will become majority shareholders in SOS International with 23.9% of the shares each.

As a result of the new increased ownership interest, Alm. Brand Group will have more influence on the further development and adjustment of SOS International’s services that many of Alm. Brand Group’s customers already use.
