ag analytics was founded in 1997 and employs approx. 30 people at the headquarter in Copenhagen. The management, consisting of Johnny Heinemann, Kristian Lautrup and CEO Nicholas Malcolm, will continue as minority shareholders in the company.
Monterro invests in and develops Nordic B2B software businesses. Monterro has offices in Stockholm, Oslo and Munich and has raised more than EUR 1.3 billion since 2012. The investment in ag analytics is Monterro’s fourth investment in Denmark in just two years.
