Accura has assisted Guy Hands in the acquisition of McDonald’s Norden. Guy Hands is a founding partner of and chairman of the board of directors in Terra Firma, which is one of the largest private equity funds in Great Britain.
The transaction has been highly complex and involves a total of 435 restaurants in the Nordic countries, of which 89 are located in Denmark. The takeover includes 71 properties in Denmark.
The operation of the restaurants will carry on as usual.
