Accura’s Renewable Energy Team is growing rapidly, and now the team is further strengthened by the arrival of Ole Petersen and Matilde Juul on 1 May 2023.
Ole is joining Accura as a senior risk and risk transfer specialist. Ole is a heavy player within risk management and insurance of renewable energy projects who reinforces the team with strong skills within insurance as yet another expression of our in-depth specialisation.
Ole has more than 23 years of international advisory experience. He has participated in more than 65 offshore wind projects and is currently involved in several projects in Asia Pacific, America and Europe. He has a technical background and holds degrees in e.g. business economics and commercial and construction law.
“Not many renewable energy advisors know more about risk management and about optimising insurance and risk transfer than Ole. With Ole at the helm, we’ll develop a team of specialists advising our clients on insurance of renewable energy infrastructure projects at the very highest international level,” says Peter Østergaard Nielsen, partner in Accura’s Renewable Energy Team.
Matilde is joining Accura as a senior attorney. She specialises in renewable energy and has extensive experience of negotiating and drafting complex contracts within both offshore and onshore wind projects.
Moreover, Matilde has experience of solar energy and biogas projects and other major construction and infrastructure projects, and she has been one of the very leading attorneys in this field for the past 15 years.

Ole and Matilde will both work from Accura’s office in Aarhus. Accura also has offices in Copenhagen, Singapore, London, Boston and Tokyo.
