Accura appoints new partners from outside the firm, significantly strengthening its position as one of the most highly profiled law firms in the areas of real estate and M&A.
Accura’s commitment to advising its clients on highly complex transactions is set to be strengthened even further as the firm welcomes new partners who will bring their knowledge and extensive experience in providing advisory services in real estate and M&A transactions.
A strong team of four new partners from outside the firm will join Accura’s Real Estate department: Anders Friis, Jakob Schou Midtgaard, Luise Christensen and Rikke Maria Falck Jensen. This team is made up of some of the most experienced and skilled advisers in the field of real estate, and together with Accura’s existing team of highly qualified and experienced attorneys, they will take Accura into a league of its own within this segment.
Accura’s strong M&A set-up will be further strengthened by the addition of three new partners: Tue Ravnholt Frandsen has long-standing experience in providing advisory services in the field of national and multinational corporate M&As and has in recent years been one of the most active and in-demand advisers in many of the largest and most complex M&A transactions. Also, the appointment of Torben Nørskov as partner and Lars Mygind Bojsen as associate partner will serve to further strengthen Accura’s M&A department.
Thomas Weincke, partner and chairman of the Board of Directors of Accura, looks forward to welcoming the new partners:
“At Accura, we have always had a clear strategy and a shared ambition to be a law firm in a league of its own within transactions. Extending our team of partners represents yet another important step towards fulfilling this ambition,” says Thomas Weincke. He continues: “Anders, Jakob and Tue in particular have demonstrated their ability to build specialised teams and strong client portfolios. By bringing them and the other partners on board, we will be even better equipped to build on our expertise and product offerings for the benefit of all our clients, and we will strengthen our position as one of the best firms attracting the most talented and ambitious employees.”
The new partners are looking forward to starting a new chapter in their careers:
“Joining Accura reflects our great desire to work in a law firm that is highly specialised in advising on complex transactions. We share Accura’s ambitions and the firm’s strong focus on transactions, which fosters a unique culture and a unique approach to advisory services and commitment in the firm’s processes and services. We look forward to joining the team”, says Anders Friis on behalf of the new partners.
