Accura expands with a strong profile within asset management

On 12 January 2024, Anne-Cathrine Søegaard Tolsøe joined Accura as an associated partner. With Anne-Cathrine on board, Accura’s Real Estate Team has gained a highly competent profile within asset management and business and residential lease law. Going forward, Anne-Cathrine will, together with partner Luise Christensen, run and further develop Accura’s asset management team.

Anne-Cathrine has many years of experience within real estate. As head of lease law at Kromann Reumert, Anne-Cathrine has specialised in advising Danish and international clients within business and residential lease law and asset management. Moreover, Anne-Cathrine has extensive experience of negotiating large corporate headquarter leases and advising on lease law in connection with transactions.

“As an attorney working with real estate, it’s only been natural to look at what Accura, as the market leader in the field, has done over the years. Today, Accura has a dedicated team that is highly professional and specialised in asset management, which means that I can bring my knowledge and skills into play in a relevant business context. I’m very happy to be part of Accura’s asset management team and look forward to further developing the business area together with Luise Christensen and the rest of the team,” says Anne-Cathrine Søegaard Tolsøe, associate partner at Accura.

Since 2020, Accura’s Real Estate Team, headed by partner Luise Christensen, has been working hard to build an asset management team. Like everything else at Accura, the asset management team has grown rapidly, and today the team consists of eight employees who focus on all aspects of lease law, including a strong focus on value enhancement of existing properties and real estate portfolios.

“Anne-Cathrine’s strong professional profile and excellent leadership skills make her a unique capacity that will help drive the processes and strategies of our asset management team,” says Luise Christensen, partner at Accura.

A warm welcome to Anne-Cathrine, who will be based at the office in Nordhavn.
