Martin Allan Christensen joins Accura as partner.
After an overwhelming success and high growth in numbers and extent of capital market transactions, Accura has doubled its number of legal employees in its ECM Team.
The number of partners has also increased as Martin Allan Christensen joined as partner on 1 February 2022. Going forward, he and the current partner Anne Zeuthen Løkkegaard will lead the team together.
Martin Allan Christensen is a specialist in M&A and capital market law. He comes from a position as partner at Bech Bruun where he worked since 2016 with ECM transactions etc.
Before that, Martin Allan Christensen worked at A.P. Møller – Mærsk A/S, most recently as chief legal counsel, director, head of M&A legal.
