18 new appointments in Accura

We have appointed one new partner, three new associate partners and 14 new directors as at 1 July 2024.

Accura congratulates them all on the appointment!

Christina Type Jardorf
New partner
IP & Life Science

Christina is an expert in intellectual property rights and marketing law. She has particularly extensive experience of providing strategic advice on the protection and enforcement of rights worldwide and on matters relating to intellectual property rights, green marketing and ESG in connection with business sales and acquisitions. She assists in all types of infringement proceedings and administrative proceedings concerning counterfeiting and product imitation.

Christina is dedicated to her clients, takes a commercial approach to providing advice and is known as an excellent negotiator and experienced litigator.

Christina joined Accura in 2006 and was admitted to the Danish bar in 2008.

Camilla Ritnagel Engmann
New associate partner
Real Estate

Camilla is specialised in national and international real estate transactions. She provides advice on the sale and purchase of existing rental properties, development projects and large property portfolios as both asset deals and equity trading. Camilla provides advice to clients within several industries and to large Danish and foreign private investors, real estate developers and professional landlords of business and residential properties.

Camilla worked at Accura from 2014-2016, was admitted to the Danish bar in 2016 and came back to Accura in 2020.

Julie Müller Cornelius
New associate partner

Corporate & Commercial

Julie specialises in company law and M&A. She advises domestic and foreign businesses on company and commercial law matters and has several years’ experience of reorganisations, business sales and acquisitions, capital increases and reductions, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements and incentive schemes.

Julie was admitted to the Danish bar in 2016 and joined Accura in 2022.

Rasmus Lillebæk Bendixen
New associate partner
Real Estate

Rasmus works with construction law, conveyance of business and residential properties and development of large real estate projects. He focuses primarily on negotiation and conclusion of construction contracts and project development cases in respect of residential and business properties advising clients throughout the process.

Rasmus was admitted to the Danish bar in 2016 and joined Accura in 2020.

Abdi Mohamed
New director
Banking & Finance

Abdi provides advice to Danish and international private equity funds and asset managers in connection with the establishment and operation of investment funds. Moreover, Abdi advises institutional investors and other professional investors on investments in and co-investments with private equity funds.

Abdi joined Accura in 2022 and was admitted to the Danish bar in 2024.

Amalie Lucca Hass
New director
M&A

Amalie focuses primarily on company law and M&A and has assisted private equity funds with the sale and acquisition of portfolio companies. In addition, she provides advice on capital market law, including processes concerning issue of shares and verification processes and private placement.

Amalie joined Accura in 2018 and was admitted to the Danish bar in 2021.

Ann Sophie Juul Hird
New director
EU & Competition

Ann Sophie advises domestic and international businesses on all aspects of competition law. Moreover, she has experience of the payments area, including in relation to cases on access to payment accounts services and cases on prohibition against using unfair prices etc. in relation to the completion of payment transactions.

Ann Sophie joined Accura in 2022 and was admitted to the Danish bar in 2024.

Cecilie Frost Adamsen
New director
M&A

Cecilie advises domestic and international businesses and private equity funds on M&A and company law issues. She provides advice on all stages of a business transaction, including due diligence, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents and general corporate matters.

Cecilie was admitted to the Danish bar in 2020 and joined Accura in 2022.

Christian Møller Andreasen

Christian is specialised in real estate with a particular focus on project development, real estate transactions and regulation of real estate. He focuses on the sale and purchase of existing properties, development projects and large real estate portfolios in the form of both asset deals and equity trading. Moreover, Christian advises domestic and international clients on setting up solar and wind turbine projects in Denmark.

Christian was admitted to the Danish bar in 2022 and joined Accura the same year.

Daniel Fisker Tomczyk

M&A

Daniel focuses primarily on company law, investments and business transfers, including structuring of transactions, due diligence and drafting of transaction documents.

Daniel joined Accura in 2018 and was admitted to the Danish bar in 2021.

Gro Rosenmai-Sarka
New director

Corporate & Commercial

Gro advises domestic and international clients on company and commercial law matters. Gro has extensive company law experience, including experience of the formation of companies, reorganisation of groups and other corporate transactions.

Gro joined Accura in 2022 and was admitted to the Danish bar in 2023.

Jonas Toftdahl
New director
Renewable Energy

Jonas assists clients with the development and execution of renewable energy projects around the globe. He advises on and negotiates a variety of procurement and commercial contracts, and he provides legal and commercial advice in all aspects of the project life cycle, from procurement planning, tendering, contract negotiations and financing to execution and claims management.

From 2020 to 2023, Jonas was posted to global offshore wind developers in Taipei, and in July 2023, Jonas relocated to Tokyo, Japan, where he is now working out of the Accura Tokyo office.

Jonas joined Accura in 2022.

Lachlan Fahey
New director
Renewable Energy

Lachlan is an experienced commercial and Australian regulatory attorney within the energy industry. He provides advice on the development, acquisition, operation and divestment of major wind, solar and infrastructure projects. Lachlan works closely with clients across all phases of a project, including general project structuring, negotiation and drafting of project and transaction agreements, project management and execution.

Lachlan also has experience of developing and advising on emissions reduction policies and legislation in the Australian energy sector.

Lachlan joined Accura in 2023.

Martin Frank Madsen
New director

M&A

Martin provides advice in connection with business sales and acquisitions, including in connection with the drafting of transaction documents, legal due diligence and various legal issues within company law.

Martin joined Accura in 2017 and was admitted to the Danish bar in 2020.

Mathias Ekstrøm
New director
IT & Outsourcing

Mathias primarily focuses on facility management agreements and IT outsourcing, including within the financial sector. As part of Accura’s Data Protection Team, Mathias provides advice on data protection compliance.

Mathias joined Accura in 2018 and was admitted to the Danish bar in 2021.

Melissa Tronier Kapper

Melissa focuses primarily on intellectual property law, marketing law and regulatory matters relating to the life science industry. Melissa has particular experience with trademark infringements in connection with parallel import of pharmaceuticals and has continuously focused on regulatory matters concerning medical equipment. Melissa also assists on intellectual property and regulatory aspects of business transactions and advises clients on the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements.

Melissa was admitted to the Danish bar in 2020 and joined Accura the same year.

Nanna Sofie Jensen
New director
M&A Restructuring

Nanna focuses on restructuring and insolvency processes, general commercial law and administration of bankruptcy estates. She provides advice on failing businesses, management considerations and possible reorganisations. Nanna has vast experience of assessing potentially voidable transactions, management issues and whether there is a basis for claiming damages.

Nanna was admitted to the Danish bar in 2021 and joined Accura the same year.

Tobias Førrisdahl Fromberg

Tobias focuses primarily on financial regulation. He assists financial businesses, asset managers and others with compliance and with their transactions.

Tobias joined Accura in 2021 and was admitted to the Danish bar in 2022.
