Olivia Sofie Nørgaard Pollas

Olivia assists domestic and international clients with the structuring and completion of renewable energy investments and transactions, including the drafting and negotiation of contracts and transaction documents in connection with various renewable energy projects, including solar and wind turbine portfolios, biogas and Power-to-X projects.

In addition to Olivia’s legal qualifications, Olivia has a profound interest in emerging technologies and innovative technological solutions and takes pride in obtaining a deep insight into and understanding of the technologies involved in a project, which allows for a sound and unique approach to the legal and commercial aspects of the project.

Olivia has experience of company law and general commercial and contract law.
