Kah Wee advises on offshore wind and Power-to-X projects in Asia, Europe and the United States, with focus on helping clients balance legal risks and commercial objectives throughout asset development, construction and operation. His work includes drafting and negotiating complex agreements, driving tender processes in collaboration with commercial and technical teams and managing stakeholder interfaces to facilitate project bankability.
Currently in Taipei supporting the development of wind farms in the Taiwan Strait, Kah Wee draws from first-hand experience managing and litigating construction disputes in Singapore and working in a multinational consultancy involved in diverse infrastructure projects around the globe.
Kah Wee is dual-qualified in Singapore and England & Wales.
