Henrik Bjarke Knudsen

Henrik advises domestic and international businesses on all aspects of competition law from general competition law compliance to transaction-related matters, including merger control and clean team initiatives. Moreover, Henrik advises businesses on the commercial law regulations of the telecommunications industry.

Henrik has great experience of merger control from his previous employments as special advisor at the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority and as a national expert at the European Commission where Henrik was engaged in some of the largest business transactions in Denmark and globally.
