Christian primarily advises on national and international real estate transactions, development projects, the data centre industry and the hotel industry and within business lease law and company law. In recent years, he has assisted both byers, sellers and developers in some of the largest and most complex transactions og development projects on the Danish market. He has also helped national and international players establish partnerships, joint ventures and other commercial collaborations and corporate structures.
Christian is responsible for Accura's data centre team, which provides specialised advisory services to developers, operators and investors on all aspects relating to data centres, including property and land acquisition, regulatory and environmental matters, energy issues, drafting and negotiation of co-location agreements, waste heat management and establishment of corporate structures, etc.
Christian has a strong focus on project management and combines legal expertise with commercial solutions in close collaboration with the transaction or project parties.
