Babar is a highly specialised and skilled advisor with extensive expertise in commercial contracts and commercial law. He has developed a unique skills set through his experience from the legal profession and as in-house counsel, which enables him to understand and advise domestic and international businesses based on a strong commercial understanding of business needs and an ability to navigate complex contract aspects through a business's supply chain.
Babar has in-depth experience of a large number of contract types, on which he advises both in relation to domestic and international contracts, including client and supply agreements, distribution agreements, development agreements, production agreements, leasing agreements, facility management agreements, etc.
In addition, Babar teaches the class "The law of obligations" (Obligationsret) at the University of Copenhagen.
