Alex Nohelty

Alex is an American attorney with experience in representing clients in construction, real estate and other complex commercial matters in both the transactional and litigation contexts. He advises clients on global renewable energy projects, including wind, solar and other renewable energy infrastructure, from the early development stage to construction and operation.

Alex has a plethora of experience in representing contractors, developers, public and private owners and financial lenders on projects throughout the United States on both transactional and litigation matters. During his career, he has represented clients through the process of contractual drafting and negotiation and has also directly represented clients in a variety of contract disputes, delay and construction defect claims, payment disputes and mechanic's liens.
