Mette Mernø Hans Jakobsen
Mette is part of Accura’s M&A Team. She advises on all aspects of domestic and international M&A transactions within a wide variety of types of transactions and businesses.
Mette was admitted to the Danish bar in 2010 and joined Accura in 2011.
Noel is part of Accura’s M&A Team. He specialises in business transfers and advises domestic and foreign private equity funds and industrial and financial businesses in connection with both domestic and cross-border transactions.
Noel was admitted to the Danish bar in 2010 and joined Accura in 2009.
Poul Erik Lytken
Poul Erik Lytken heads Accura’s Direct & Indirect Taxes Team.
Poul Erik advises domestic and international businesses on VAT and tax matters, including in particular taxation of group and owner structures.
Poul Erik was admitted to the Danish bar in 2011 and joined Accura in 2016.
Lars is part of Accura’s M&A Team. He advises on large Danish and international M&A transactions. He has a particular focus on private equity investments and advises private equity firms on anything from transaction structuring to handling of co-investments and incentive schemes.
Lars was admitted to the Danish bar in 2016 and joined Accura in 2019.
