The international company ZS has acquired the Danish company Intomics.
Intomics is specialised in bioinformatics, systems biology and in analysing large quantities of complex biomedical data. The company has developed a technological platform that, by using a unique networking method, is able to interpret and analyse how certain genes and proteins interact with and influence each other.
Intomics advises global pharmaceutical and biotech companies on the development of new medicines and is a global leader within its field. Intomics was formed in 2008 by leading scientists within bioinformatics and systems biology.

The acquisition of Intomics allows ZS to assist its clients in accelerating the discovery and development of innovative medicinal products.
