Wind Estate enters into a PPA agreement with TDC NET

Wind Estate has entered into a power purchase agreement (PPA) with TDC NET and Reel for the supply of an expected annual production of approximately 110 GWh from more than 100 of Wind Estate’s wind turbines in Denmark.

The agreement supports TDC NET’s ambition to be carbon neutral across its entire value chain by 2030. It creates a more direct link between TDC NET’s electricity consumption and the production of renewable energy. This includes, among other things, access to hourly data and hourly CO2 reporting.

Wind Estate is one of the largest wind developers and operators in Denmark. Wind Estate owns and operates more than 400 wind turbines in Denmark and England. The company was established in 2001 and is active within onshore wind, offshore wind, solar, hydrogen and battery solutions.
