Vika Project Finance syndicate acquires Fiberline’s headquarters

The Norwegian property investment company Vika Project Finance has assembled a syndicate of two investors who have acquired Fiberline’s characteristic headquarters in Middelfart, Denmark, which is visible from the Funen Motorway.

The transaction is a sale and lease back transaction after which Fiberline will continue as tenant on a 15-year lease agreement.

Fiberline is one of the world’s leading producers of glass- and carbon-fibre profiles, and the company’s headquarters and production are both located on the property which includes a site of approx. 84,000 m2 and a floor area of approx. 25,000 m2.

Accura advised the buyer in connection with all legal aspects of the transaction, financing and lease process.

In 2018, Accura advised Vika Project Finance in a similar sale and lease back transaction involving Junckers’ headquarters in Køge. This was Vika Project Finance’s first investment in Denmark.

Vika Project Finance was founded in 2017 by six partners jointly holding 50% of the company, while ABG Sundal Collier, who was also a founding partner, holds the remaining 50%.
