The leading Danish digital marketing agency Vertic has been sold to NYSE-listed Globant.
Vertic was founded in 2022 and has offices in Copenhagen and New York. The business provides services with a strong focus on the life science industry and boasts blue-chip clients such as Eli Lilly, Biogen, Roche, Hyland, Microsoft and GE Healthcare. Vertic was one of 20 consultancy agencies listed in the 2022 Gartner Market Guide for Digital Agencies.
Globant is a leading global business within digital and cognitive transformation. The business is listed on Nasdaq in New York, has more than 26,000 employees and operates in more than 20 countries.
With the acquisition, Globant wants to consolidate the group’s digital marketing network globally and start operations in Denmark as a hub for Nordic expansion.
