VELUX A/S has concluded a tender in connection with the global outsourcing of IT services concerning the operation and maintenance of infrastructure and applications and end-user services. With this agreement, VELUX modernises its IT procedures and introduces ambitious best-practice contract terms and ways of working to support its growth strategy.
Accura assisted VELUX in connection with the tender, including in relation to strategic considerations and process management, hedging, contract drafting, compliance, standardisation of tender offers to be used for benchmarking, qualifications of tenderers, project coordination and negotiations.
Accura already provides advisory services to VELUX in connection with IT acquisitions, licence agreements and conclusion and negotiation of agreements.
