Urban Partners has sold the office building Nordport in Copenhagen’s Nordhavn to Danica Ejendomme.
The property in Corkgade, which has been in operation since the beginning of 2024, consists of five floors totalling 8,220 m2 and is attractively located by the metro and S-train station.
Urban Partners has developed Nordport as part of their Woods office concept, and the deal marks the first divestment of a Woods property.
