Urban Partners has entered into an agreement to sell the newly constructed residential property “Hannemanns Hus” in Ørestad Syd, Copenhagen, to Formuepleje.
The property is located at Hannemanns Allé 59, close to the metro, Field’s shopping centre and Amager Fælled. It comprises approximately 13,800 m² across 181 rental apartments and 25 serviced apartments.
Urban Partners acquired the development site from By & Havn in October 2022 and has since developed the property in collaboration with 5E.
