Urban Partners, AG Gruppen and Nordea Pension Ejendomme sell the Banehaverne residential project

Urban Partners, AG Gruppen and Nordea Pension Ejendomme have sold Banehaverne to M&G Real Estate.

The transaction comprises a 56,000 m² residential project consisting of 667 rental apartments located on the municipal boundary between Glostrup and Brøndby.

Banehaverne was developed through the transformation of a former industrial site into a new residential neighbourhood with excellent transport connections and easy access to both urban amenities and green spaces. Today, the project comprises six DGNB Gold certified residential buildings arranged around landscaped courtyards and connected by a central boulevard running through the development.

Banehaverne was developed and constructed by Urban Partners, AG Gruppen and Nordea Pension Ejendomme and was completed in 2024.

Accura, together with Colliers, PwC and Howden, advised Urban Partners, AG Gruppen and Nordea Pension Ejendomme on the transaction.
