Urban Partners, AG Gruppen and Nordea Pension Ejendomme sell residential project Banehaverne

Urban Partners, AG Gruppen and Nordea Pension Ejendomme have sold Banehaverne to M&G Real Estate.

The transaction comprises a 56,000 m² residential project consisting of 667 rental properties located on the municipal boundary between Glostrup and Brøndby, Denmark.

Banehaverne was developed as a transformation of a former industrial area into a modern residential neighbourhood with excellent transport options and access to both city life and nature. The project comprises six DGNB Gold-certified residential buildings constructed around green courtyards and connected by a central pathway that runs trough the development.

Banehaverne was developed and constructed by Urban Partners, AG Gruppen and Nordea Pension Ejendomme and was completed in 2024.

Accura, in collaboration with Colliers, PwC and Howden, advised Urban Partners, AG Gruppen and Nordea Pension Ejendomme in connection with the transaction.
