Urban Partners has concluded an agreement to acquire the residential building “Horisonten” in Ishøj, Denmark, from the development company Gefion Group.
The residential building project comprises approximately 9,600 m² distributed across 148 rental properties and is being developed by Gefion Group in collaboration with the contractor Ingcon.
The transaction is completed as a forward purchase transaction, which means that Gefion Group and Ingcon will continue the development of the project up until the handover.
The project was designed by ACT Architects and is expected to be handed over before the summer holidays 2027.
