Urban Partners has acquired a mixed-use property on Købmagergade in central Copenhagen from the property investor Hines.
The property comprises approx. 21,500 m² distributed across hotel, retail and residential units. The hotel is operated by 25hours and has 243 rooms as well as restaurant and bar areas. In addition, the property comprises a retail area of approx. 3,100 m² on the ground floor and a residential area of approx. 1,000 m².
The property is located in Copenhagen’s city centre and is part of Urban Partners’ portfolio of investments in mixed-use properties in urban areas.
