Three pension funds have constructed Axel Towers in the centre of Copenhagen

With the construction of Axel Towers, the Danish pension funds Industriens Pension, PFA Pension and ATP Ejendomme have created a new architectural landmark in Copenhagen.

Axel Towers is located at the former Scala site at Axel Torv opposite Tivoli in the centre of Copenhagen.

The building consists of five compound towers of heights varying from 28 to 61 metres. The highest tower has 15 floors. The total floor area of 23,000 m2 is occupied e.g. by offices, restaurants and other shops.

Accura advised Industriens Pension, PFA Pension and ATP Ejendomme in all stages of the construction of Axel Towers and in connection with the letting to the anchor tenant, the Danish law firm Gorrissen Federspiel.
