Denmark-based System TM has been sold to the HOMAG Group.
System TM A/S is a leading supplier of automated wood handling and processing systems to the solid wood industry. Already a leader within cross-cutting and finger jointing solutions, the transaction will enable System TM to expand into the business of cross-laminated timber.
System TM is located in Odder, Denmark, and all current activities will continue with the existing management team on board.
The HOMAG Group is a Germany-based global market leader within wood processing machines. The company manufactures machines for furniture and component production and timber work at 14 different locations worldwide.
The HOMAG Group is present in 100 countries around the world and employs more than 6,500 employees.
