The international group SWARCO has acquired the company Dynniq Mobility.
Dynniq Mobility advises on traffic management and provides technological solutions for intelligent management of public and private transport. The company is headquartered in the Netherlands and, until now, it has been a part of the Dynniq Group.
SWARCO is an internationally leading player within traffic solutions such as road marking, signage, traffic management, parking, highway and tunnel solutions and public transport.
SWARCO’s solutions are used in more than 80 countries, and the company is headquartered in Innsbruck, Austria. SWARCO has offices in 22 countries and employs approx. 4,000 employees.
With the acquisition of Dynniq Mobility, SWARCO will be one of the global market leaders within intelligent transportation systems (ITS) which optimise traffic for the benefit of the environment, mobility, and road safety.
