Through the investment company Zibra Partner Equity, the Zibrandtsen family has acquired a majority interest in the cloud company Stratu to merge it with the data security company Motus, which is already part of the Zibra Group.
Formed in 2021, Stratu provides a multi-cloud environment designed to increase customer security, flexibility, scalability and performance.
Motus focuses on operational services, including IT security driving a minimum of additional costs by optimising existing operational disciplines. Motus operates from three data centre locations in Denmark, from which customer data are protected through secure copies.
The merger will enable Stratu to provide complete wall-to-wall cloud solutions and to scale the business for the benefit of existing and future customers.
