Spar Nord Ejendomsadministration has been sold to PHM Danmark, which is part of the international property services group PHM Group.
Spar Nord Ejendomsadministration has operated as an independent entity under Spar Nord and is one of Denmark’s most experienced property managers. Spar Nord Ejendomsadministration has an extensive portfolio including more than 400 properties and over 10,500 residential units across Denmark and is particularly specialised in advising and managing cooperative housing associations, owners’ associations and rental properties.
With the divestment, Spar Nord wants to simplify the bank’s structure as the operation of property management is far from its core business.
PHM Group employs more than 13,700 people in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany and Switzerland. PHM Group now owns 23 businesses in Denmark, including Bjørnsholm which was acquired earlier this year.
