The music group Sony Music Entertainment Denmark A/S (“Sony”) has acquired the remaining equity interest in the Scandinavian record label One Seven Music ApS (“One Seven Music”).
One Seven Music was founded in 2018 by Sony and the two sellers, who each have more than 20 years’ experience in the music industry. Since then, One Seven Music has successfully launched artists internationally within the pop and electronic music genres and is today a relevant player on the international music scene.
The transaction marks a culmination of the strong collaboration between Sony and the two sellers.
