Sitecore acquires three businesses in billion-dollar transaction

The international software company Sitecore has acquired the businesses Moosend, Boxever and Four51 and hereby strengthens its position within digital marketing.

Moosend offers a marketing automation and campaign management platform, Boxever develops solutions for testing and optimising businesses’ customer relationships, and Four51 focuses on providing commerce solutions for the B2B segment.

The acquisitions of the three businesses are part of a growth plan of a total value of USD 1.3bn. For Sitecore’s customers, this means expanded offerings, lower upfront investments, automatic upgrades and quicker time to value. The ambition is to create a fully integrated, completely SaaS-based digital experience platform.

Sitecore is a global leader within online marketing solutions. The company has offices in several countries in Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia.
