The foundation SFM Bolig+ II has acquired a newly built and modern rental property at Frederikssundsvej 100 in Copenhagen from Gefion Group.

At the same time, the attractive location of the property provides easy access to public transport, shopping and green areas.
SF Management will act as asset manager for the new owner.
