The Sweden-based investment company Patricia Industries has sold its share in Memira Holding AB, a corrective eye surgery market leader in Scandinavia.
Memira Holding AB holds market shares of 40-70% of the Scandinavian market. The company has a revenue of more than SEK 500m and more than 200 employees in 40 clinics throughout Scandinavia, 10 of which are located in Denmark.
The transaction is conditional on the usual public authority approvals.
Accura acted as Danish legal advisor to Patricia Industries in connection with the sale of Memira Holding AB.
