The French independent producer of renewable energy Tenergie has acquired a portfolio of 7 rooftop photovoltaic power plants.
The rooftop plants are all located in south-eastern France, and they have a total installed capacity of 9 MWp. Tenergie will now operate them, monitor production and service, maintain and optimise them.
Tenergie now owns 950 power plants in France with a total capacity of 560 MW.
Accura advised the sellers in connection with the transaction.
