Quantum enters Denmark with acquisition of prestigious property

The German real estate investor Quantum Immobilien KVG (“Quantum”) has made its first investment in Denmark, following the acquisition of 196 residential units in the Carlsberg City District, Copenhagen.

The project is expected to be completed in the spring of 2025 and will consist of more than 20,000 m2 of residential property across the block Vilhelm House and the 80-metre-high Beckmann Tower. This is the final part of the development of the Carlsberg City District and is designed by the architecture firm Dorte Mandrup.

Quantum has acquired the property on behalf of a group of institutional investors. In connection with the acquisition, Quantum has opened an office in Denmark, Quantum’s first international representation.
