The German real estate company Proteus has acquired a property at Nyhavn and Store Strandstræde in Copenhagen, consisting of 31 exclusive rental dwellings, from PFA Ejendomme. The price for the total of 6,000 square metres is DKK 348 million.
When PFA Ejendomme took over the property just over ten years ago, it consisted of offices and six retail and restaurant premises, which they subsequently renovated and upgraded significantly in collaboration with Thylander.
The acquisition is an expansion of Proteus’s real estate portfolio, which also includes The Square at Rådhuspladsen acquired by Proteus in 2021.
Accura advised Proteus in connection with the transaction.
