The private clinic PPclinic has been sold to Aleris Denmark.
PPclinic is a private healthcare clinic specialising in mental health. The clinic helps adults, adolescents and children suffering from stress, anxiety, depression and other mental health problems feel better through psychotherapy and medical treatment. PPclinic was formed in 2002 and, today, has 70 employees in three different clinics in Copenhagen, Aarhus and Vejle.
Aleris is Denmark’s largest private healthcare provider with approx. 1,500 employees across six hospitals, a therapy centre, a fertility clinic, a health division and a pathology laboratory. Aleris Denmark performs more than 30,000 surgeries yearly and has more than 355,000 consultations within 30 specialist fields. With the acquisition of PPclinic, Aleris Denmark moves a step closer to becoming the leader within mental health.
