The private equity company Polaris has sold the IT consultancy ProData Consult to Axcel in a high-value transaction.
ProData Consult is one of the leading independent IT consultancies in Northern Europe. The company serves more than 300 corporate customers in a wide range of countries and engages more than 2,600 active consultants.
ProData Consult generates an annual revenue of DKK 1,5bn. The company is headquartered in Copenhagen and has subsidiaries in Sweden, Norway, Poland, Germany and the Netherlands.
