The private equity company Polaris has acquired the Danish company G&O Maritime Group.
G&O Maritime Group is a leading supplier of nice products to the maritime industry, including shipping companies, shipyards and engine manufacturers.
G&O Maritime Group consists of the four companies and brands Gertsen & Olufsen, Atlas Incinerators, Heco International and Pres-Vac Engineering. The company is headquartered in Allerød and has manufacturing facilities in China.
