Polaris acquires Danish design company

The Danish design company Menu A/S has been sold to the Nordic private equity fund Polaris.

Menu A/S is headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, and sells furniture, accessories and lighting to corporate and private customers in more than 40 countries. The products are rooted in the Scandinavian design tradition.

Menu A/S was established in 1978 and, until now, it has been a family-owned business. After the acquisition, the day-to-day management will continue as it is, and several other key employees will co-invest in the business together with Polaris.

Accura advised the owners and the Menu group in connection with the sale.
