The Danish podcast platform Podimo has secured an investment of DKK 100m from the Export and Investment Fund of Denmark (EIFO).
Podimo’s subscription solution gives access to an extensive catalogue of original and exclusive, advert-free podcasts and audiobooks. The company is present in Denmark, Norway, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Finland and Mexico and has more than 250 employees worldwide.
Since its formation in 2019, Podimo has raised approx. DKK 1.5bn.
Accura advised Podimo and existing shareholders in connection with the transaction and has advised podimo since its formation, including in connection with all previous investment rounds and acquisitions.
