The Danish podcast platform Podimo has completed a new capital increase.
Podimo offers an exclusive catalogue of ad-free podcasts and an extensive selection of audiobooks. As a result of the company’s rapid expansion, Podimo now operates in seven markets and has a subscription base of one million users.
Since its formation in 2019, Podimo has raised more than DKK 1.5bn through a series of investment rounds.
Accura advised Podimo and the existing shareholders in connection with the transaction and has advised Podimo since its formation, including in connection with all previous investment rounds and acquisitions.
