Patrizia has sold two residential rental properties in the Bellakvarter district located in Ørestad, Copenhagen, to the pension company Lærernes Pension.
The properties Gads Hus on Emma Gads Vej and Trierhus on Dea Trier Mørchs Vej comprise a total of 258 residential units with a total area of more than 18,000 m2.
