Pas Normal Studios gets Italian investor

The owners of the Danish bicycle apparel brand Pas Normal Studios (“Pas Normal”) have sold a significant minority interest to the Italian businessman Remo Ruffini, who is the CEO and chairman of the board of directors and co-owner of the French fashion house Moncler. The investment in Pas Normal has been made through Remo Ruffini’s investment company Archive Srl.

Pas Normal was formed in 2014 and is recognised for its high-end modern bicycle apparel, optimising comfort, speed and aerodynamics. Since then, Pas Normal has experienced impressive growth. The company now has sales in North and South America, Europe and Asia and operates own flagship stores in Copenhagen, Munich, San Francisco, Singapore, Seoul, Taipei and Palma, Mallorca.
