The Canadian pension fund Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan has acquired a portfolio of seven residential rental properties in Greater Copenhagen and Aarhus from Koncenton in a billion-kroner transaction.
The portfolio comprises properties on Frederiksborgvej in Copenhagen NV, Gyldenrisvej and Parmagade in Copenhagen S, Haslevgade in Taastrup, Møllevangen in Rødovre, Retortvej in Valby and Trøjborgvej in Aarhus N.
The properties were owned by the investors in Koncenton Metropol II A/S, which was launched approximately ten years ago. The sale of the seven properties marks the conclusion of the investment.
