NREP has acquired a 17,000 m2 residential property in the district of Ørestad in Copenhagen from PFA Ejendomme, comprising 115 flats, 50 terraced houses and 95 underground parking spaces.
NREP paid DKK 560m for the property. For NREP, the acquisition is in line with its strategy to invest in modern, high-quality residential properties in Copenhagen.
