After closing today, the private equity fund Nordic Capital has now realised the transfer of Bladt Industries to South Korean CS Wind, the global number one wind turbine tower manufacturer.
Bladt Industries was formed in 1965 and manufactures steel foundations for the global offshore wind industry. The business is headquartered in Aalborg, Denmark.
Nordic Capital is a leading private equity investor focusing on the core sectors healthcare, technology and payment solutions, financial services as well as industrial products and business services. Since its formation in 1989, Nordic Capital has invested more than EUR 23 billion in 140 businesses.
